MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE:Our listings are placed in the MLS and Realtor.com for both buyers and real estate agents to see. These listings include descriptive data and pictures of the properties to attract and inform prospective buyers.We also place our listings on Craigs list and National Foreclosure web-sites
FOR SALE SIGNS: The National Association of Realtors says the # 1 producer of sales of properties is the YARD SIGN. Have you checked to see if there is a YARD SIGN on your asset? If not, you may want to do so. Some agents never put a SIGN on the property. Buyers AND agents drive through neighborhoods looking for signs to determine what is for sale in the area.
DIRECTIONAL SIGNS:We add directional signs to alert prospective buyers to available properties and guide them to the location.
ADVERTISING:We advertise our listings with a picture and description weekly in our local newspaper. Our phone rings daily from these ads.
OPEN HOUSES.We advertise ourOPEN HOUSESone week in advance. We distribute flyers with the property description and a color picture in shopping areas such as grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. to promote the property and give people time to plan on visiting ourOPEN HOUSES.
MOVING ASSISTANCE. We provide moving assistance to our buyers and sellers by making available to them a 2 day rental of a small moving van from a national rental company . This helps relieve them of some of the worry and expense of moving.
